Rates

  • Rates are based on exclusive use of the property

  • Minimum stay length applies

  • Rates do not include NZ tax (GST) @ 15%

  • 50% deposit of full tariff on booking confirmation

  • 100% of full tariff due 60 days prior to arrival date

  • Cancellation +90 days from arrival 50% refund of full tariff

  • Cancellation - 90 days from arrival 0% refund

  • Cancellation - all high season bookings non-refundable

  • Adults only retreat - children 12 years and over welcome

Arrivals & Departures

  • Check in 3pm on arrival day

  • Check out 12pm on departure day.

  • Complimentary NZ refreshments & platter on arrival

  • Food & beverage provisioning available for exclusive use bookings

  • Cleaning/service fee of NZ$500 applies to all exclusive use bookings

House Rules

  • Mākoha is a smoke-free environment

  • Specified glassware only allowed in spa pool

  • Replacements for breakages/damage will be charged at cost

  • No unregistered visitors allowed on the property

  • Respectful fun encouraged
